Job Description

We are looking for a WordPress developer to join our development team. As a WordPress developer, you will be responsible for developing complex and multilingual websites.The ideal candidate has extensive experience with PHP and WordPress and is ready to improve his skills in a varied and enjoyable work environment.

Job responsibilities

  • 1. Develop custom WordPress sites
  • 2. Develop web-based PHP applications
  • 3. Closely collaborate with the design department
  • 4. Lead the entire plugin development life cycle right from concept stage to delivery and post launch support
  • 5. Optimize and improve the existing codebase for maintenance and scale
  • 6. Use test driven development and acceptance tests to ensure feature quality
  • 7. Coordinate with the development team and project managers for status updates and progress as well as technical issues that may arise.

Required skills

  • 1. Good knowledge of PHP
  • 2. Good knowledge of MySQL
  • 3. Working experience with WordPress plugins
  • 4. Custom plugin development
  • 5. Knowledge of GIT/SVN
  • 6. Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3G
